Vincent Hughes

Vincent Hughes first joined UCB Ireland in 2009. Starting off as a volunteer presenter, he has quickly becoming a valued member of the radio team. He is now the Programme Director for the station, helping to lead UCB Ireland radio to new heights for the glory of God.

You can listen to Vincent on ‘Going Home’  Monday to Friday from 4 to 7pm and on Homegrown, Wednesday at 8pm and Saturday at 7pm.

Alex Rousseau

Alex Rousseau began with UCB Ireland as a volunteer in 2009, becoming our first presenter on staff.  

His background in journalism has lead him to become our News Editor, taking care of the news, the midweek interviews and having his own radio shift on Saturday morning from 10am to 1pm.  News coverage is currently 10am, 12noon, 1pm, 5pm, 6pm and 10pm.

Ger O'Reilly

Ger joined UCB Ireland as a volunteer presenter, initially on Saturday evening. He's now our Breakfast presenter, Monday to Friday, from 7am to 10am.

Aileen Hudson

Aileen comes from an acting background and is a volunteer weekend presenter on UCB Ireland. A woman of prayer, she presents a programme on Sunday night, from 7pm which includes teaching, praise and prayer… 

Robbie Frawley

Robbie was born in Dublin, became interested in radio through Irish Christian Broadcasting Service (ICBS) in the early days but moved to the UK in the eighties and joined UCB in 1999.

While he will continue to host the Breakfast programme on UCB UK, he will also be presenting the Mid-Morning programme on Monday to Friday  from 10am to 1pm, on  UCB Ireland.

Mick O'Brien

Mick O'Brien joined UCB Ireland as a Volunteer weekend presenter. He has over 15 years experience at stations like Near FM and now presents a programme on Saturday afternoon at 1pm and Sunday morning at 10am, on UCB Ireland.

Shay Phelan

Shay has theatrical training and has spent a number of years in professional theatre. In 2010 he joined UCB Ireland as a volunteer weekend presenter and his current programme goes out on Sunday between 1pm – 4pm.
